A quick update and thank you from the Management Committee. 

Last weekend's stand at the Trash & Treasure Market run by Les Walsh and his merry band of helpers was a great success. The guys managed to sell a good portion of our surplus tools & machinery and raised $537 that's gone straight into your Shed's bank account. 

Another fantastic initiative with our members getting involved in something that benefits us all.

A big thank you to Les and the guys on his market sales team and good luck for next month’s Market. 

Also separately Les Walsh has been working tirelessly and doing a terrific job of refurbishing surplus tools & machinery and on selling them via Trade Me.

He recently contributed another $600+ to our coffers through this type of sales strategy.

Once again many thanks’ Les for giving your time and expertise to this venture.....we (collectively) really appreciate your efforts and the additional funds help us keep the lights on. 

“We need more stock to sell”……..

 The first Market Day was a roaring success and the end result of that was we had a good clean out of our surplus tools and machinery. This means of course that we will need more stock to fill up the tables on the 13th July.

 So if any members would like to get rid of any random stuff from around their homes (not only tools & machinery) that would be saleable at the Market, we would love for you to donate it to the Shed to help with keeping the lights on.

 Please drop your donations at the Shed……There will be a large plastic bin on the table just inside the door of the Shed, where you can leave your donation and every little bit helps.
